Double Choc Crispy Mallow Squares

Makes 16 squares
Ingredients
- 100 g unsalted Butter, cubed plus extra for greasing.
- 150 g Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces.
- 150 g White Chocolate, broken into pieces.
- 125 g Rice Snaps.
- 50 g Mini Marshmallows.
Method
- Place half the butter and three quarters of the milk chocolate in one bowl and set over a pan of hot water. Put the remaining butter in another bowl with three quarters of the white chocolate and set over another pan of hot water. Stir until both have melted.
- Divide the rice snaps and marshmallow in half. Stir one half into the milk choc. and the other half into the white choc.
- Lightly grease the tin and press the milk choc mix into the base. Top with the white choc mixture and press down firmly. Leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
- To decorate, melt the remaining milk and white choc in separate bowls. Remove the cake from the tin. Drizzle the milk choc in zig zag across the top, then drizzle the white choc the other way. Cut into squares and serve.
