Ham and Olive Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g ham cut in pieces
  • 150 g green and black olives diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g grated cheese (gruyere, cheddar)
  • 1 yoghurt nature
  • 2 measures (yoghurt pot) flour
  • 1 sachets yeast
  • 0.5 measure oil
  • milk if necessary
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. if it is too thick, add a bit of milk.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C. Pour in a buttered dish and cook for 30 minutes.
