No-Bake Chocolate Cake

Makes 16 squares
Ingredients
- 50 g Butter.
- 125 g Praline Chocolate, chopped.
- 2 tablespoons of Golden Syrup.
- 125 g Digestive Biscuits, crushed.
- 25 g Sultanas.
- 25 g Dates, chopped.
- 25 g desiccated Coconut.
- 1/2 Orange.
Method
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan with the syrup.
- Stir in the biscuits, sultanas, dates and coconut.
- Spoon into a greased shallow 15 cm square cake tin and press down firmly, using the cut side of the orange. Leave to set then cut into squares.
