No-Bake Chocolate Cake

Makes 16 squares

Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter.
  • 125 g Praline Chocolate, chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons of Golden Syrup.
  • 125 g Digestive Biscuits, crushed.
  • 25 g Sultanas.
  • 25 g Dates, chopped.
  • 25 g desiccated Coconut.
  • 1/2 Orange.

Method

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan with the syrup.
  2. Stir in the biscuits, sultanas, dates and coconut.
  3. Spoon into a greased shallow 15 cm square cake tin and press down firmly, using the cut side of the orange. Leave to set then cut into squares.
