Sizzling Cantonese Duck in Pancakes

- 1 Jar Uncle Bens 2 step "sizzling" Cantonese Sauce
- 2 Duck Breasts cut into 1 cm strips
- 1 pack of Chinese pancakes
- 1 Cucumber cut into strips
- 4 salad Onions shredded
Method
- Heat a frying pan and spoon in the top layer of the sauce ingredients.
- Add the duck strips and stir fry for 5 min.
- Pour in the remaining sauce and simmer for 2 min. until piping hot. Spoon into a serving dish.
- Heat the pancakes and transfer to a plate.
- Spoon a little of the duck onto a pancake, scatter a few strips of spring onion and cucumber and roll up.
