Tuna and Pepper Bread

Ingredients
- 150 g tuna drained
- 300 g green and red pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 yoghurt nature
- 2 measures (yoghurt pot) flour
- 2 sachets yeast
- 1 measure oil
- 1 measure milk
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the peppers in olive oil in a frying pan. Season.
- Mix yoghurt, eggs, flour, oil, milk, yeast, tuna crumbled, peppers, salt and pepper.
- Pour in an ovenproof dish. Cook at 180C for 30 min.
