Tuna and Pepper Bread

Ingredients

  • 150 g tuna drained
  • 300 g green and red pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yoghurt nature
  • 2 measures (yoghurt pot) flour
  • 2 sachets yeast
  • 1 measure oil
  • 1 measure milk
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Cook the peppers in olive oil in a frying pan. Season.
  2. Mix yoghurt, eggs, flour, oil, milk, yeast, tuna crumbled, peppers, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in an ovenproof dish. Cook at 180C for 30 min.
